DIN-CHIAOFOOD BIOTECH CO., LTD.

PROCESSING & VALIDATION

The formula, process and visual target must be tested together.

Binding Agent performance depends on more than product name or dosage. A disciplined trial maps the beverage base, desired appearance, processing conditions and storage requirements before scale-up.

Start with a complete formula brief

  • Product category, percent juice and target appearance.
  • pH, Brix, juice solids, sweeteners and mineral content.
  • Existing gums, pectin, starches, emulsifiers, colors and flavors.
  • Heat profile, shear equipment, order of addition and fill temperature.
  • Package, light exposure, storage temperature and target shelf life.

Separate hot dispersion and controlled addition

Din-Chiao’s starting workflow uses a separate hot dispersion before controlled addition to the main blend. Exact temperature, shear and hold time should be aligned with the product specification and the customer’s equipment.

Changing the order of addition can alter dispersion quality, droplet behavior and final appearance. Bench results should therefore be repeated at pilot scale before commercial production.

Stability variables to monitor

Visual cloud is produced by light scattering in a dispersed system. Oil level, droplet size, modified-starch concentration and processing conditions can influence opacity as well as resistance to creaming, flocculation and coalescence.

Record appearance immediately after production and throughout accelerated and real-time storage. Include separation, ring formation, sediment, color shift, aroma change and package interaction in the evaluation plan.

Preservative-free standard grades

Standard 1XA and 5XA contain no added preservatives and have a seven-month unopened shelf life. Storage conditions on the current specification must be followed.

For qualified export or special-requirement projects above an agreed minimum order volume, Din-Chiao can evaluate a preserved custom version. Preservative identity, use level, labeling and shelf-life claims must be reviewed for the destination market and validated in the final product.

Documentation and regulatory responsibility

Product specifications, composition information under controlled review, country-of-origin information, storage guidance and available quality documents can be discussed with qualified buyers.

The importer and finished-product manufacturer are responsible for confirming legal status, permitted conditions of use and labeling in the destination country. Din-Chiao’s Taiwan classification as a compound food ingredient rather than a food additive must not be presented as a U.S. regulatory conclusion.
